Career Mentorship for Students

At Campus to Career we help you figure out what to do next and how to actually do it,

guiding you from applications to interviews to early career decisions.

Approach

A thoughtful approach to early careers

Students invest significant time and effort in their academic development. Approaching early career decisions with the same level of reflection and structure can make the transition into professional life far clearer.

Campus to Career provides a framework designed to help students think more strategically about internships and early career opportunities.

The C2C Method

Students move through three stages as they clarify direction and prepare for early career opportunities.

Positioning

Preparing students to present their experience clearly through resumes, interviews, and professional conversations.

Programs

Students work with C2C through three levels of engagement depending on where they are in their early career journey.

Starter Program – Strategy Session

A focused session designed to evaluate a student’s current position and clarify immediate next steps.

During the session we review:

• Academic background and relevant experience
• Career interests and potential directions
• Current resumes or professional materials
• Positioning for internships or early career opportunities

Students leave with clearer direction and practical next steps.

Momentum Program – Career Roadmap

A deeper engagement that includes the C2C assessment and a written roadmap outlining the student’s next steps for internships and early career preparation.

Students leave with:

• A clearer understanding of how their experience is perceived by employers
• Defined internship targets and career directions
• A positioning strategy for resumes, interviews, and networking
• A practical plan for approaching internship recruiting

Pro Program – Mentorship

Continued guidance for students navigating internship applications and early career decisions. Mentorship provides ongoing support as opportunities evolve and new decisions arise.

Students receive guidance with:

• Internship search strategy and applications
• Interview preparation and professional conversations
• Evaluating offers and career decisions
• Adapting strategy as new opportunities emerge
